Trump's Family Member Receives Expert Guidance from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of Professional Golf Debut

Emerging athlete preparing for significant tournament

This young athlete boasts impressive online audience

Kai Trump will have plenty of high-profile supporters when she starts her professional golf debut this Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is related to Donald Trump, received a tournament invitation to play at Florida's Annika event in Florida.

Her grandfather, a passionate golfer, operates several golf courses and regularly matches against his granddaughter.

"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we have tight competitions," she stated.

She mentioned that her grandfather, unable to come, counseled her: "Simply stay calm."

"He practically suggested to go out there and relax," she added.

"From my perspective, he's simply an ordinary family member. He's not attending for the tournament. He's focused on world affairs, so he's somewhat preoccupied."

While still amateur, Kai has participated in just three tournaments this year and maintains the 461st position in AJGA listings.

But she's able to get advice from Tiger Woods, in a relationship with Vanessa.

"He represents the greatest golfer in the world," Kai expressed.

"And he's a more impressive person. He advised me to play, enjoy myself, adapting to whatever happens."

Kai will face multiple top competitors in women's golf at this tournament, such as world number two Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that her participation exposes golf to new audiences, particularly reaching the next generation.

The social media influencer has a massive following and just introduced a personal clothing and lifestyle label.

The competition starts at late afternoon GMT.
